Somewhere up north, the CMRCA team is underground, searching for the deepest cave in Thailand.
Josh, Taw, Phi, Ooan, EQ, and Nali spent the past two days following streams into sinkholes, squeezing between boulders, rappelling into promising caverns, discovering ancient burial sites (with local kids as guides), and munching on fresh-picked peaches. Not a bad life, but we still didn’t find a way into that massive cave system we knew was there beneath our feet. Reinforcements are headed up now for a few more days of exploration.
