As we begin 2025, we celebrate a year of growth, exploration, and deepened connections. Our dedicated team has spent over 47,500 hours in the field creating impactful programs and experiences. Here’s a look at how we made a difference in 2024:
Empowering the Leaders of Today and Tomorrow
This year, we welcomed 2,019 students across 43 unique programs and 22 schools to provide transformational experiences. We even ventured to new program locations, establishing strong relationships with local communities in Satun and Trang. From exciting outdoor adventures to immersive cultural exchanges, our programs empowered youth to discover their highest potential.
Beyond student programs, we worked with 232 business leaders across 6 corporate leadership initiatives, helping teams and individuals grow both personally and professionally. These leadership experiences took place in diverse settings, from the stunning caves of Chiang Mai to renowned Bangkok hotels, each offering unique opportunities for growth and development.
Elevating Outdoor Adventurers’ Skills
Our own journey began in 2002 as a rock climbing guide service and even as our other services have grown, we still haven’t forgotten our passion and roots in vertical adventure. In addition to our school and corporate experiences, our staff instructed climbing, caving, and certification courses, equipping 2,725 participants in 2024 with new skills and expertise. We also certified 122 practitioners, allowing us to uphold our commitment to safety and create a more knowledgable and skilled outdoor industry in Thailand and SE Asia.
Introducing Adaptive Climbing Programs
This year we also launched our adaptive climbing programs that aim to make climbing more inclusive and accessible. These programs empower both adults and youth with disabilities to reach new heights. So far, we have hosted two events and we look forward to facilitating more in 2025.
Our upcoming Community Crank on January 25 will support this mission via a lucky draw raffle. Proceeds will fund climbing programs for youth with disabilities, delivered in partnership with organizations like the Dulabhatorn Foundation, Voices of Change, Blue Dot Partnerships, Therapy Abroad and more.
Looking Ahead
As we move into 2025, we remain dedicated to fueling progression for all—whether through new experiences, expanded leadership initiatives, climbing and caving area development, or continued support for adaptive climbing. Together with our community of climbers, adventurers, and leaders, we look forward to illuminating new possibilities.
