Last week, CMRCA staff gathered to say farewell and celebrate the hard work of Guiding Intern Jiang Qing “Tina” Lin. Tina was the latest participant in CMRCA’s Guide Exchange Program with INSiGHT Adventures (formerly ChinaClimb) based in Yangshou, China. Tina spent one month with us developing her climbing skills and serving as an Assistant Guide on climbing courses and student group programs. See Tina in action below.
One of CMRCA’s Core Values is to seek growth. As a company that deeply values leadership development and cross-cultural facilitation, our partnership with INSiGHT has been a pivotal part of the professional development of CMRCA staff. We believe that investing in our staff is the best way to invest in the greater community and provide high quality climbing and outdoor adventure services.
We have been exchanging guides with INSiGHT since 2008 and are excited to continue to grow this and other exchange programs with adventure providers around the globe.
Climb ON!
