Our staff were during the whole day training for setting up the tyrolean traverse that we use in our group programs. We organize once a month a training day for our staff in order to be more efficient and to have a common procedure for all set ups. Working as a unified team, especially in the climbing world, is more than a necessity and guaranties as well safety for all.
